Find a list of my Active Subscribers/Members

From Profiler November 2021, a Dynamic List is automatically created once you have defined your source codes for your Subscription/Membership Centre. This allows for quick searching and emailing of these clients.

If you have changed the terminology – the word “Subscription” can be substituted to your term (commonly Membership)

There is 2 pre-build Dynamic Lists:

• All Active Subscriptions – which is all clients who have an active Subscriptions (that is not expired) regardless of the next due date.
• All Future Due (from Today) Subscriptions – this is all clients who have an active Subscription, and is due any date from today and into the future (ie. not lapsed)

As this is a dynamic list, it is calculated every time the list is run. You can see the list in Clients when you are searching in the **Dynamic List **dropdown.

The dynamic lists mentioned above will be listed in the Profiler Built in Dynamic Lists section of this drop-down. You can select your list and click **Search **and the list will be run and the results shown.

You can then click on any of the clients returned in the search results OR click the **Options with the Search Results **button to send the clients to the browse list for further manipulation OR directly email the clients returned in the search results.
